Job description

lan, organize, and supervise production activities to meet company targets.  Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.  Monitor production processes and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.  Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.  Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations.  Prepare production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.  Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.  Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation.  Train and guide production staff to improve performance and productivity.
