Tele Sales

Job description

Make outbound calls to existing and potential business clients to promote pet Ayurvedic products.  Educate customers on natural remedies for common pet health issues such as digestion, immunity, anxiety, and skin conditions.  Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.  Maintain and update customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.  Follow up on leads, handle queries, and work towards closing sales effectively.  Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business. Requirements  0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support (experience in pet care, wellness, or Ayurveda is a plus).  Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).  Passion for animals and basic knowledge of pet care.
