Job description

Lead and expand business development initiatives in the GIS / IT / e-Governance domain.  Develop and implement sector-specific business strategies and outreach plans.  Manage the complete lifecycle of government tenders, RFPs, and proposal submissions.  Build, mentor, and manage Pre-Sales, Bidding, and Customer Success teams.  Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and key stakeholders.  Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project execution.  Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the public sector.
