ob Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Credit Control to oversee the organization’s credit management function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing credit risk, ensuring timely collections, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining strong client relationships while enforcing credit policies. Key Responsibilities  Develop, implement, and monitor credit control policies and procedures  Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits  Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections  Reduce bad debts and overdue payments through effective follow-ups  Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve billing and payment discrepancies  Prepare and present aging reports, MIS reports, and collection forecasts  Lead negotiations with clients for payment plans and settlements  Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements  Manage and mentor the credit control team  Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth collections Key Skills & Competencies  Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable & Credit Management  Expertise in collections strategy and cash flow management  Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel  Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail  Ability to handle high-volume accounts and pressure situations Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce  MBA/CA/ICWA (preferred but not mandatory) Experience Required  8–10 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable  Proven experience in managing large portfolios and leading teams
