🔹 Role: Business Development Associate (BDA)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

 Connect with potential learners through calls, emails & virtual meetings

 Explain and promote EdTech programs/courses

 Convert leads into enrollments via effective sales pitching

 Handle inbound & outbound leads

 Maintain consistent follow-ups and relationship building

 Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets

 Update and manage data on CRM tools

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:

 Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

 Age Limit: Up to 29 years

🎓 Education:

 UG: B.Tech / B.Com / BBA

 PG: M.Tech / MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)

🌟 Preferred Background:

 Interest or experience in EdTech / Sales / Inside Sales / Cold Calling

 Strong communication & convincing skills

 Target-driven and energetic personality
