OPERATION MANAGER

Job description

 Oversee daily operations related to façade, glazing, and aluminium system projects.  Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery.  Coordinate with design, procurement, production, and site teams for seamless execution.  Optimize operational processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.  Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory compliance.  Manage vendor relationships, subcontractors, and material procurement.  Monitor project budgets, cost control, and profitability.  Resolve operational challenges and provide effective solutions on-site and off-site.  Prepare MIS reports, project status updates, and performance metrics for management.  Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams for high performance.
