Job description
1. Production Management
- Plan, monitor, and control daily press shop production activities.
- Ensure production targets (quantity, quality, cost, delivery) are met.
- Coordinate with planning and other departments for smooth workflow.
2. Press Shop Operations
- Operate and supervise mechanical/hydraulic presses, transfer presses, and tandem lines.
- Ensure proper setup of dies, tools, and fixtures.
- Monitor press parameters (tonnage, stroke, speed, lubrication).
