JOB DESCRIPTION: COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Location: Tirupati

Department: Collections relationship manager (Outbound Calls )

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented CollectionExecutive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing outbound communication with customers to ensure the timely recoveryof outstanding payments.As the face of our recoveryoperations, you will balance professional negotiation with high-performance target achievement.

2. Salary Range:₹17,000 – ₹23,000 NTH per month (Based on experience).

1. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Outbound Operations: Conduct outbound calls to customersfor overdue payment collection.
2. Follow-up Management: Maintain a rigorousfollow-up schedule to ensure high recovery rates.
3. Customer Education: Clearly explain paymentdues, breakdown of charges, and available settlement options.
4. System Updates:Log all call details and update collection statuses accurately in the CRM/System.
5. Target Delivery: Consistently achieve monthlycollection and recoverytargets assigned by management.
6. Issue Resolution: Handle customer queriesand resolve payment-related disputes professionally.
7. Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and strictly follow company/legal compliance guidelines.

1. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year in Collections, Telecalling, or Debt Recovery.
3. Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation is preferred.
