Job Purpose • To develop corporate FIT and MICE business for our resorts and to generate business from the corporate & leisure segment in the operating region. • Achieve the budgeted targets within the branch. Key Area ofResponsibility • To build & maintain strong relationships with Clients, Travel Agencies, Events Planners, Corporates and Hotel Sales. • To identify potential customers. create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company • Communicate the Sterling holidays HSD Value proposition within the strategic designated sales geography • To make inspiring sales presentations to the prospective customers. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities. • Work closely with the Hotel’s marketing team to develop promotional material & campaigns to support sales initiatives. • Creating a PotentialPipeline of prospects for MICE and FIT, fromHotel Sales and corporate business. • Negotiation and Contract agreement finalization.
