Responsible for managing and tracking daily reporting of the Client Acquisition Team (HR outreach & new client onboarding) and Franchise Team (franchise sales). Monitor performance, collect daily updates, identify issues, and ensure smooth coordination between both teams. Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and results.

The candidate will be responsible for handling overall reporting and management for both the Client Acquisition Team and the Franchise Sales Team.

The Client Acquisition Team focuses on approaching HRs and bringing in new clients, while the Franchise Team is responsible for franchise sales and revenue generation.

The role includes monitoring daily activities, tracking team performance, and ensuring smooth coordination between both teams. The candidate will collect regular updates on ongoing work, understand progress, and identify any challenges or issues faced by the teams.

They will be responsible for overseeing team operations, maintaining accurate reports, and providing daily updates to management regarding performance, new client acquisition, sales activities, and any problems or bottlenecks, along with possible solutions.
