team plays a key role in converting customer interest into long-term engagement by delivering a
consultative and customer-first sales experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to join FITTR’s Inside Sales team.
In this role, you will connect with potential customers, understand their fitness goals, explain the
value of FITTR’s online fitness subscription services, and drive conversions through consultative
selling. You will manage the sales pipeline end to end, follow up consistently, and build strong
customer relationships to support both revenue growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting FITTR’s online fitness subscription services.
Manage the sales pipeline and proactively generate or follow up on leads through relevant
channels.
Explain product features, benefits, and program value clearly over calls and other sales
interactions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend the right fitness solutions based on their
goals.
Onboard new customers smoothly and maintain ongoing communication to improve satisfaction
and retention.
Use CRM tools effectively for lead tracking, pipeline management, follow-ups, and reporting.
Maintain accurate sales records and share timely updates with internal stakeholders.
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while working in a fast-paced growth environment.
Candidate Requirements
2–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2C sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Hands-on experience with sales pipeline management, cold calling, and cold emailing.
Working knowledge of CRM tools and basic proficiency in MS Office / MS Suite.
Customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Comfortable speaking in both Hindi and English.
Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment, including flexibility for shifts when required.
Good to Have
Exposure to internet-based products or subscription-led services.
Interest in fitness, wellness, or digital health.
Knowledge of more than two languages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales or business development, is comfortable handling
customer conversations over calls, and can confidently move prospects through the sales funnel.
Candidates from health and fitness, digital subscriptions, or other B2C sales backgrounds can fit well,
provided they have strong communication, ownership, and closing abilit
