About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our team as Consultants at our Experience Centre. In

this role, you will act as a student-first mentor, guiding students throughout their higher education journey. You will

help students shortlist the right courses and universities, manage the admission process, and ensure a seamless

enrollment experience. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong relationships with students and deliver

an exceptional counselling experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end student journey including onboarding, counselling, and follow-ups.

• Provide expert guidance on university admissions, eligibility requirements, and intake cycles.

• Assist students with exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL where applicable.

• Build strong relationships with students and act as their trusted advisor.

• Track and review application progress and resolve any bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with visa teams and international offices for post-offer processes.

• Execute sales strategies and achieve student enrollment targets.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or EdTech (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good sales and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple student applications.
