Experience: 4+ years of experience in Python programming expertise, experience with cloud-based technologies

Qualification: Engineering background with MBA or equivalent business context

Budget: Upto 18 LPA

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid) or Delhi (WFO)

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team, providing engineering foundation to our AI/ML initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Python programming expertise, experience with cloud-based technologies, and a passion for building robust frameworks and tools to enable our AI/ML work to excel. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with data scientists and machine learning engineers, empowering the team to deliver high-impact solutions through scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.

Key Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain robust Python frameworks and tools to support powerful product workflows.

● Collaborate with AI/ML teams to understand their requirements and optimize tools and processes.

● Develop and deploy scalable, cloud-based solutions to facilitate data processing and model deployment.

● Implement best practices for software engineering, including code quality, testing, and version control.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Python development and cloud architecture.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

● Strong proficiency in Python, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.

● Strong Proficiency in Restful API (Fast API) Development.

● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure

● Familiarity with AWS Lambda, SQS , S3 ,DynamoDB or similar

● Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes)

● Knowledge of software engineering principles, including CI/CD pipelines, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture.

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, (B.E, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc and M.Sc in Computers)

● 4+ years of experience

Nice to Have

● Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, testing, and deployment pipelines.
