IT Data Analyst

Job description

● Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns,
trends, and insights.
● Utilize statistical analysis techniques, data visualization tools, and data modeling
to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data
engineers, and data scientists, to understand business requirements and
translate them into data analysis tasks.
● Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track and
communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
● Identify data quality issues, perform data validation, and implement data
cleaning and enrichment techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
● Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to discover new opportunities,
uncover patterns, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
in data analysis, and recommend improvements to existing processes and
methodologies.
● Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is properly stored, processed,
and analyzed in accordance with data governance policies and regulations.
● Provide timely and accurate reports, presentations, and visualizations to
stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations in a clear and
concise manner
