Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (Flutter) RC DIGITAL (https://rc-digitalgroup.com/) Experience: 3–4 Years Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout Sector 4) Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Flutter and backend technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications across mobile and web platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership—from UI development to backend services—while ensuring performance, usability, and rapid iteration. Key Responsibilities  Develop cross-platform applications using Flutter (Mobile & Web)  Design and build scalable backend services (Node.js / Python / Java)  Integrate REST APIs and manage microservices architecture  Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)  Collaborate with product and design teams for end-to-end feature delivery  Ensure application performance, security, and scalability  Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control using Git Core Skills  Strong experience in Flutter for cross-platform development  Backend development (Node.js / Python / Java)  REST APIs, microservices, and system design  SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (Azure)  CI/CD, Git, and scalable architecture Product Builder Mindset  Ability to translate product requirements into scalable solutions  Strong ownership of features end-to-end (UI to backend)  Focus on performance, usability, and iteration speed.
