Key Responsibilities (Fresher/Entry Level)

Recruitment & Selection Support: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, sourcing candidates via portals/referrals, and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding & Documentation: Managing the onboarding process, conducting orientations, and handling employee documentation (appointment letters, background checks).

HR Operations & Administration: Maintaining employee files and records in electronic/paper form, and processing employee queries regarding policies.

Employee Engagement: Supporting employee relations by helping organize team-building activities, events, and performance management initiatives.

Statutory Compliance: Assisting in statutory compliance documentation (e.g., PF, ESI, leaves).
