Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand business development initiatives across GIS, IT, and e-Governance sectors. Develop and execute sector-specific business strategies and outreach plans. Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including RFP analysis, bid strategy, documentation, and submission for government tenders. Build, mentor, and lead Pre-Sales, Bidding, and Customer Success teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposal accuracy and successful project execution. Track market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to align business strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile Around 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing in Government / SemiGovernment sectors. Prior experience in GeoSpatial / GIS organizations will be highly preferred.
