Job description

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and expand business development initiatives across GIS, IT, and e-Governance sectors.  Develop and execute sector-specific business strategies and outreach plans.  Manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including RFP analysis, bid strategy, documentation, and submission for government tenders.  Build, mentor, and lead Pre-Sales, Bidding, and Customer Success teams.  Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.  Establish and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, PSUs, and key stakeholders.  Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposal accuracy and successful project execution.  Track market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes to align business strategies. Preferred Candidate Profile  Around 10+ years of experience in Business Development or Marketing in Government / SemiGovernment sectors.  Prior experience in GeoSpatial / GIS organizations will be highly preferred.
