Role: Consultant – Experience Centre

Location: On-site

Working Days: 6 Days Working

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals to join Leverage Edu as Consultants at our

Experience Centre. In this role, you will act as a student-first mentor, guiding students throughout

their study abroad journey. You will help students shortlist the right courses and universities and

ensure a smooth admission and enrollment process. As the primary point of contact, you will

maintain strong relationships with students and deliver an exceptional experience throughout their

journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete student journey including onboarding, counseling, and regular follow-ups.

• Develop a strong understanding of university admissions processes and intake cycles.

• Guide students regarding standardized exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, and TOEFL.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with students as their admission advisor.

• Track and review student applications to resolve any issues in the process.

• Coordinate with the Visa team and international offices for post-offer processes.

• Execute effective sales strategies and achieve targets during admission intake cycles.

Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

• 1–5 years of relevant work experience (experience in ed-tech or education counseling is

preferred).

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.

• Excellent research and analytical abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively under tight deadlines.
