Job Title: Assistant Manager – Food Science, Regulatory & Operations (Title can be changed as per requirement) Location: Pune (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Friday Role Overview We are looking for an Assistant Manager who will take complete ownership of product development, regulatory compliance, and operations within our food business. This role requires someone who can work closely with manufacturers, drive execution, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations—from concept to shelf. Key Responsibilities 1. Product Development & Manufacturing ● Work closely with contract manufacturers to develop and launch food products ● Drive formulation, trials, and finalization of products ● Collaborate on packaging development, sourcing, and optimization ● Ensure product quality meets brand and market standards 2. Regulatory & Compliance ● Manage all regulatory requirements (FSSAI and other applicable standards) ● Ensure product labeling and claims are compliant ● Coordinate with external agencies/labs for certifications and testing 3. Operations & Supply Chain ● Oversee manufacturing planning and coordination ● Manage inventory, stocking, and supply chain operations ● Ensure timely production and availability of products ● Identify and solve operational bottlenecks 4.
