Static Equipment Engineer

Job description

 Mechanical Design & Stress Analysis: Perform mechanical design and stress analysis for pressure vessels, columns, and heat exchangers, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards.  Standards & Codes Compliance: Ensure designs and engineering processes are in line with ASME Sec VIII Div 1 & 2, TEMA, and API 650 codes and standards.  Design Optimization & Stress Analysis: Apply your deep knowledge of design optimization, material selection, and stress analysis to enhance the performance and safety of static equipment.  Design & Fabrication of Static Equipment: Design static equipment, including storage tanks, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers, based on industry-standard specifications (ASME, API, TEMA).  Review & Approval of Drawings: Review and approve fabrication drawings to ensure accuracy and strict adherence to codes and safety standards.  Documentation & Client Approvals: Prepare detailed design documentation and provide technical support for client approvals.
