Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Electronics Sales Promoter to drive sales and promote electronic products in retail stores The candidate will be responsible for demonstrating products, engaging customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell electronic products (e.g., small appliances) in-store
2. Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
3. Assist customers in selecting the right product based on their needs
4. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
5. Ensure proper product display and visibility in the store
6. Maintain stock availability and coordinate for replenishment
7. Build strong relationships with store staff and customers
8. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends

Requirements:

1. Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
2. Experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
3. Good communication and convincing skills
4. Basic knowledge of electronic products
5. Presentable personality with a positive attitude

Salary & Benefits:

1. Fixed salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000
2. Performance-based incentives
