Position – HR Executive (Immediate Joiner)

Location – Gurgaon

Qualification – Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human resource or related field

Skills – Excellent communication skills, Background checks, Recruitment

Experience – 1+ yrs.

Responsibilities –

• Source candidates using variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline


• Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screening.


• Perform reference checks as need.


• Manage onboarding and new hire process.


• Manage overall interview, selection and closing process.


• Documentation of Candidates.


• Updating employee databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.


• Vendor coordination
