Multiple locations across Mumbai – Nerul, Ghatkopar, Andheri West, Malad

*Salary:*

Up to ₹18,000 per month (Net Take Home) + Travelling Allowance

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

*Qualification:*

Minimum 12th Pass

*Job Overview:*

We are looking for a flexible and reliable Floater Staff member who can manage operations across multiple store locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and maintaining consistency in service and operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Travel and work across assigned locations (Nerul, Ghatkopar, Andheri West, Malad) during the week

* Support daily store operations as per business requirements

* Assist customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

* Coordinate with store teams to maintain operational efficiency

* Handle basic inventory checks and stock support

* Ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards at all locations

* Report daily activities and issues to the supervisor

*Requirements:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, store operations, or similar role

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

* Willingness to travel frequently between locations

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to adapt quickly to different work environments

* Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
