Job Description – Picker & Packer (Warehouse Operations)

Job Role: Picker & Packer

Salary: ■17,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

Prozo is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Picker & Packer professionals for its warehouse operations.

The role involves accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch

while maintaining productivity, safety, and quality standards across rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•

Pick products from storage locations according to system-generated orders.

•

Pack items carefully using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.

•

Label cartons and prepare shipments for dispatch.

•

Check items for quantity and quality before packing.

•

Operate basic warehouse tools such as scanners and trolleys.

•

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety rules.

•

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

•

Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.

•

Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.

•

Report stock mismatches, damages, or safety issues to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•

Minimum 10th pass preferred.

•

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

•

Willingness to work rotational shifts.

•

Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle packages.

•

Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

•

Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

•

Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic.
