Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Counsellor with at least 3 years of experience in guiding students or professionals in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate will assess individual interests, skills, and values to help clients choose suitable career paths, educational programs, or professional opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one and group career counselling sessions to students or working professionals
2. Assess clients’ strengths, interests, personality, and aptitude using standardized tools
3. Guide individuals in career planning, goal setting, and decision making
4. Assist with course selection,
5. Conduct workshops, seminars, and career awareness programs
6. Stay updated on current job market trends, education systems, and emerging careers
7. Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and progress reports
8. Collaborate with educational institutions, parents, and organizations when required
