Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Junior ERP Developer with hands-on experience in NetSuite (Oracle) programming to support our ERP team in day-to-day operations, minor enhancements, and development tasks. The role will assist the IT Lead and Senior IT Executive in implementing, customizing, and maintaining ERP solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in development, customization, and scripting within the NetSuite (Oracle) environment (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, etc.).
2. Provide support for day-to-day ERP operations, troubleshooting minor technical issues, and responding to user queries.
3. Develop and implement small ERP enhancements, reports, and dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with functional teams (Finance, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
5. Participate in ERP testing, documentation, and user training activities.
6. Support data migration, validation, and integration tasks as required.
7. Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and ERP governance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience in NetSuite (Oracle) programming / ERP development.
2. Hands-on knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and general ERP workflows.
3. Basic understanding of ERP modules (Finance, MM, SD, PP, PM, QM) is a plus.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Good communication skills and ability to work under guidance from senior IT team members.
6. Educational Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / BCA or equivalent IT certifications.

Preferred:

1. Exposure to ERP implementation projects or minor enhancements.
2. Certifications in NetSuite (Oracle) development or ERP modules are a plus.
