Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • 1–5+ years of hands-on experience with CNC turning machines. • Good knowledge of turning operations such as facing, taper turning, threading, grooving, boring, etc. • Understanding of CNC controls (Fanuc preferred). • Ability to read mechanical drawings and use precision measuring tools. Soft Skills • Strong attention to detail. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
