Role Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive who can connect with customers over calls, understand

their needs, and guide them through our gold loan services. The role requires strong

communication skills in Tamil and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound and inbound customer calls

- Explain gold loan products clearly

- Generate leads and convert into sales

- Maintain customer relationships

- Follow up and close deals

- Update CRM and records

- Achieve sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Tamil language mandatory

- Good communication skills

- Telesales experience preferred

- Strong convincing ability

- Target-oriented mindset

- Basic computer knowledge

What You Will Do

You will call customers, explain gold loan services, solve queries, and convert them into customers.

Your main focus will be calling, follow-ups, and closing sales
