Job description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Fund Management & Budgeting

o Preparation and submission of fund requests.

o Budget preparation and monitoring of fund utilization.

2. Fund Actualisation

o Weekly fund actualisation every Monday.

o Daily fund actualisation during the last week of the month.

3. Fixed Deposit (FD) Management

o Creation and redemption of Fixed Deposits.

o Monthly working and accounting of FD interest.

4. Borrowings & Interest Accounting

o Posting and monitoring of borrowings interest entries.

o Tracking outstanding borrowings and interest obligations.

5. Banking & Compliance

o Arrangement of NOC from banks (SCM-related).

o Handling authorized signatory changes.

o Account closures and coordination for other bank-related matters.

6. Bank Reconciliation

o Timely bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.

o Identification and resolution of reconciliation differences.

7. Credit Card Management

o Processing credit card requests.

o Resolving credit card errors and discrepancies.

8. Debt Management

o Monitoring and execution of debt repayments as per schedule.

o Coordination with banks and internal teams for repayments.
