Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketing professional who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI growth. Key Responsibilities  Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms  Drive user acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on CAC, ROI, and conversion efficiency  Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a regular basis  Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to improve campaign effectiveness  Conduct A/B testing to improve funnels and conversion rates  Manage campaign budgets and ensure optimal media spend utilization  Generate performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders Required Skills & Experience  3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital growth roles  Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms  Good understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment  Strong communication and reporting skills
