Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ola Electric scooters.

• Conduct routine maintenance, part replacements, and field repairs.

• Handle complex issues related to battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, sensors, and vehicle

software.

• Mentor junior technicians and ensure service quality.

• Provide technical support to customers for timely issue resolution.

• Maintain service documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with central technical teams for escalated issues and updates.

• Ensure safety compliance and proper workshop processes.

• Assist in inspections, pre-delivery checks, and service camps.
