IT Lead – ERP & Operations

Job description

 Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and

infrastructure.

 Oversee the complete system life cycle, including design, development, implementation, testing, and

maintenance of ERP solutions.

 Provide in-depth knowledge and support across ERP modules:

o Finance (FI/CO): Financial accounting, cost control, reporting, and integration.

o Material Management (MM): Procurement, inventory management, and vendor

management.

o Sales & Distribution (SD): Order processing, billing, pricing, and customer management.

o Production Planning (PP): Production scheduling, planning, and execution.

o Plant Maintenance (PM): Asset management, preventive maintenance, and equipment

monitoring.

o Quality Management (QM): Compliance, quality assurance, and reporting.

 Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues efficiently to minimize business

impact.

 Coordinate with internal stakeholders, business users, and ERP implementation partners to achieve

project objectives.

 Monitor system performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement

optimization strategies.

 Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and

accountability.

 Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
