Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to develop recruitment strategies that meet the objectives of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans, sourcing suitable candidates, and executing recruitment plans efficiently.

The HR Recruiter will work closely with management to assess and identify staffing needs, and will be responsible for drafting and posting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and preparing job offers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates.

The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our organization by acquiring talented candidates who will add value to the organization.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment. They will be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
