Job description

For a Sales Trainee

Basic computer knowledge and preferably an electrical background. The candidate should be eager to learn sales processes, product knowledge, and customer handling. After 8–12 months of training, the trainee will be ready to move into field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.

Learn about electrical switchgear products and applications.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Assist in internal coordination between sales, service, and accounts teams.

Participate in training programs to develop technical and sales skills.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical or related field (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in sales support or similar role.

Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email communication).

Good communication and learning attitude.

Willing to move into field sales after training (8–12 months).
