Job description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales at the OLA Electric Experience Centre by engaging with customers, explaining product features, managing test rides, and converting enquiries into bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

This role requires a strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset, and ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail Sales / Frontline Sales roles, preferably in Automobile, EV, Consumer Durables, or Telecom sales.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and store-level sales targets, maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems, and ensure store hygiene, display standards, and brand compliance.
