As a Domestic Sales Manager, you will lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence. You will build relationships with distributors and develop strategies to achieve targets.

This role requires a strong understanding of the natural stone industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales plans, managing key client relationships, providing market insights and sales forecasts, and collaborating with marketing, product, and logistics teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and fluency in English. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, as well as CRM experience and the ability to work hands on with the Dispatch team at the factory floor.
