Job description

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Manager and be responsible for managing and guiding a team of production supervisors and shop floor employees. Key responsibilities include preparing and implementing production schedules, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or food science, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG food industry. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements is essential.
