Demand Generation
Generate demand through multi-product and multi-channel sales methodology with an aim to be leader in affordable segment
- Driving business through acquiring new customers in the allocated region with focus to improve the affordable reach
- Nurturing the relationship with all sourcing partners - Connectors, Referral Partners and I Bank
- Enhancing business through increase in market share of affordable mortgage and deeper geography penetration along with other products i.e. LAP, Gold loan, Fixed deposits and Insurance
- Expanding the market reach by organizing regular promotional activities in collaboration with marketing team
- Utilizing digital platforms like GoDirect to increase the inflow of customers
- Creating and maintaining relationship with builders, property dealers, CAs and all kinds of probable sourcing partners by paying regular visits
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
- Building deeper connections in the market to be updated about latest trends in mortgage industry
Fulfillment process
Fulfill the customer needs with speed & agility
- Ensuring high levels of engagement for effective pre & post customer service.
- Responsible for login through i360 app, field investigation, initiating legal & technical, docket filling and LAN generation
- Effective use of digital apps like i360, go Direct, ileadsquare, dista app and all other upcoming digital portals/mediums for smooth processing of files
- Meets the customer needs with agility and speed by ensuring smooth process from onboarding to disbursement
- Responsible for flawless login to reduce rework and ensure FTR
- Keep updated on product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas
Portfolio Management
Drive lend to collect through proactive and effective portfolio monitoring
- Complete control of NPA and Collections / overdue cases sourced and their overall reduction to minimal.
- Maintenance of portfolio health by ensuring lend to collect culture is followed up to the last mile
- Liaisons with legal, technical, collection, FI and RCU vendors
- Strong focus on post onboarding services, customer retention and audit management
- Ensures adherence to credit compliance and risk frameworks
Governance Measures
- Ensures legal and technical norms are met as per guidelines and are adhered to as per collateral policy of the region
- Overall portfolio health
- NPS score for the branch
- Management of local notices
