Monthly forecast & Stocks monitoring at C&F. Sales Team traveling expenses checking, system entry, and process. GM sales traveling expenses checking and processing. All super stockiest / distributor claim checking, system entry, and process. (GT + MT & Institution and TOT claim) Credit Notes & Debit Notes. Tracking & analysis of market stocks return / Expiry and damages by SS & DM as per SOP policy. Prepare ISR’s salary statement (Zone wise ) and send it to HO for processing Salary. Tracking and monitoring the claims process. Monitoring age stocks analysis and action plan in consulting with GM Sales. Coordination with HO for any kind of assistance and process functions. Full and final settlement of super stockiest & Distributors. Documentation of new appointment super stockiest and distributors. Monitoring Sales Promotion items (Gift- POP-Paper Cups etc.)
