Job Description
1. Shift wise manpower planning. 2. Roaster planning. 3. Work closely with supervisors to ensure timely inwards with processes defined by the company. 4. Work closely with supervisors to ensure timely outbound ops picking / dropping / sorting & dispatch with processes defined by the company. 5. Maintain proper inventory Stacking & hygiene 6. Work with the Business & AVM team to ensure timely reporting of vehicles for inwards /shelf life hygiene maintenance / out of stock products. 7. Maintaining daily and monthly reports 8.Working on productivity and efficiency of team. 9. Effectively achieving monthly goals against set targets. 10. Responsible for inbound / outbound ops, 11.Space planning and execution. 12.Control damages & missing 13. Maintaining SOP 14. Handling reverse logistics. 15. Work with Last mile team to ensure timely linehaul movement to and fro.
