HR & Admin Executive Exp. 1+yrs Location - Mumbai:1. Supervise and manage the peon and cleaning lady2. Liaise with visitors to office3. Liaise with Chartered Account to get CA staff to update Ledgers in Tally software4. Taking care of fixed assets – furniture and computer equipment etc.5. Provide space and backup reports of specific servers6. Provide all recruitment administration support7 Ensure new joiner record checks are carried out fully and in a timely manner8. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to joining instructions and induction9. Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and proceduresin atimely and effective manner9. Handle all leave processes and queries10. Handle health and safety processes and queries11. Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures12. Payroll processing
