RESPONSIBILITY:

 

 

Tool manufacturing, Tool maintenence Preventive maintenance, Designing of Press Tool& Jig and fixture, Trouble Shooting, Attending of Trials Tools, Tool documents, Tool spares & Quality assurance.

 

 

 

- Press tool component(in P T I) -

 Conventional machining & operation (

 CNC Programming & Operating (

 Autocad 2007 & Pro-E Design

 

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS: ● Working with tool room for CNC milling as well as CNC turning also, .

● Manufacturing press tool dies using for car wheels making.

● Write, read and prove out G-code as well as M- code.

● Pressisiable and compressible parts making.

● Making high precision of mould Parts.

● We are manufacturing complicated profiles for instance flip mould, BB cap, NR cap etc.

 

● milling machine, grinding machine, surfaces grinning, conventional lathe , pedestal grinding, jig boring and jig grinding machine non pressablen measuring instr ument-Vernier caliber, high gauge, micrometer, bore gauge, steel rule, inside and outsi de caliber, surface plate, v block, try square

 

● Know about Very well EDM & VMC and CNC m/c.
