Exposure to fund raise from Private Equity & Venture Capital funds.● Public issues/IPO related work maiden public issues of the Organization.● Closing/ Preparation & Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts/Financial statement.● Dealing with the Banks & Financial institutional for fund based and non fund based limits● Regulatory Compliance (GST/TDS/Advance TAX/ROC)● Well versed in designing and implementing internal and financial controls, processes andsystems .● Preparation of Annual business plan & close follow up of same .
