Roles & Responsibilities
- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
- Doing Daily call audits for team,agency and agents and making necessary reports on
- Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned
- To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
- To be a pro-active member of the team and support all
- To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the team.

- To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are
- Implementing sales strategies
- Monitoring & Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
- Setting weekly and monthly sales targets
- Compiling and presenting sales reports
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Should be Experience in telesales
- Strong leadership and sales skills
- Excel and Powerpoint knowledge is must
- Ability to multitask
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to write and present reports
- Strong organizational skills
