AGM- Investors’ Relations

Location - Kolkata

2. Job Purpose:
Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholdersvalue; and Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework; Maintain relationship withCorporate, Retail and Anchor investors.
3. Key Accountabilities:
I.Investors Relationship
a.Maintain relationship with Investors and resolve their queries and concerns.
b.Coordinate with IR and PR firms.
c.Stock exchange coordination w.r.t investors.
d.Prepare high quality, high impact presentation and make presentationwherever required.
e.Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication betweeninternal and external parties.
f.Manage equity research and investor relationships.
g.Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
h.Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.
i.Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls.
j.Help prepare the company’s Annual Report.
II.Industry Benchmarking
a.Monitor Trends, news and results of Jewellery Industry and regular basis.
b.Present Monthly and quarterly updates on all Listed and non listed peers on quantitative and qualitativepeers.
III.Strategic
a.IPO related work including RHP driving, Investors meeting, data sheet for Q&A, and all workwhich can be assigned .
b.Support CEO and CFO in various strategic opportunities and related coordination.
c.Prepare Board level notes after briefing.
