Roles & Responsibilities
- Makingenhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)
- Achievingsales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client
- DoingDaily call audits for team,agency and agents and making necessary reports on
- Manageteam and agency performance, related to the assigned
- Toensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions
- Tobe a pro-active member of the team and support all
- Tocollate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the
- Goodin Analytics and
- Toensure that the Call Center KPIs are
- Implementingsales strategies
- Monitoring& Evaluating the performance of the sales agencies
- Settingweekly and monthly sales targets
- Compilingand presenting sales reports
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’sdegree
- Shouldbe Experience in telesales
- Strongleadership and sales skills
- Exceland Powerpoint knowledge is must
- Abilityto multitask
- Goodverbal and written communication skills
- Abilityto work well under pressure
- Abilityto write and present reports
