Telesales- sales senior executive


Roles & Responsibilities


 


 



  • Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company (On requirement)


 


 



  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing client


 



  • Doing Daily call audits for team,agency and agents and making necessary reports on


 


 



  • Manage team and agency performance, related to the assigned


 


 



  • To ensure all members of the team agency are fully informed of targets and current sales positions


 


 


 



  • To be a pro-active member of the team and support all


 


 



  • To collate, analyze and utilize call statistics to manage and improve the sales performance of the


 


 


 



  • Good in Analytics and


 


 



  • To ensure that the Call Center KPIs are
