Job description

Market Research: Conduct research to idenƟfy government tenders, procurement
opportuniƟes, and contracts that align with the company's products or services. Stay
updated on government policies and regulaƟons related to public procurement.
2. Tender IdenƟficaƟon: Monitor various government sources, including the GEM portal, to
idenƟfy relevant tenders and opportuniƟes. This may involve searching for requests for
proposals (RFPs), invitaƟons to bid (ITBs), and other procurement documents.
3. Bid PreparaƟon: Prepare and submit compeƟƟve bids and proposals in response to
government tenders. This includes coordinaƟng with internal teams to gather necessary
informaƟon, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submiƫng bids within
deadlines.NegoƟaƟon: ParƟcipate in negoƟaƟons with government agencies to secure contracts,
address contract terms, and discuss pricing, delivery schedules, and other terms and
condiƟons.Knowledge: A deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulaƟons, and
policies is essenƟal. Knowledge of the specific industry or sector in which the company
operates is also valuable.
