Purchase Executive

Job description

The Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement of all goods and services for the beauty products company. This includes identifying and qualifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing the supply chain. The Procurement Manager must have a strong understanding of the beauty products industry and be able to identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Role and Responsibility

·         Prepare monthly plan and material requirements.

·         Coordinate with suppliers for quality and timely delivery.

·         Managing proper inventory and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

·         Generating and Sharing P.O on the basis of requirements as per our plan.

·         Keep an eye on shared PO and maintain records of receipts.

·         Maintain planning sheet party wise for better connectivity and control RM & PM of all SKU.

·         Works on shortages and share plan for production of as per lead time of vendor.

·         Coordinate with internal team Stores, Warehouse and Production team for better connectivity of material and to avoid fluctuations in productions.

·         Co-ordinate with stores and warehouse team for proper to rage of both RM and PM as per SKU and party wise.

·         Coordinate with QC Team for timely release of RM & PM.

·       Maintaining and updating suppliers and vendors information’s such as Qualifications, Certifications, Delivery times, Products ranges, etc.

·         Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

·         Co-ordinate with accounts team for release of payments of vendors and suppliers.
