Product manager

Job description

Develop and execute the product strategy for our book publishing portfolio,
aligning it with overall business goals.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
customer needs.
 Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle.
 Collaborate with editorial, design, and technology teams to conceptualize,
plan, and launch new book products.
 Advocate for user-centric design principles to enhance the overall user
experience of our products.
 Work closely with design teams to create intuitive and visually appealing book
formats for digital and print platforms.
 Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continually
optimize product performance.
 Implement analytics tools to monitor user behavior, engagement, and product
success metrics.
 Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of
products.
 Collaborate with project stakeholders to define and prioritize features,
enhancements, and bug fixes.
 Communicate product updates, milestones, and key insights to internal
stakeholders.
 Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market
strategies.
